Controller and contact

Information and purposes

We collect your name, phone number, email, optional company, message and selected product/finish. We use these to assess your inquiry, understand your requirements, respond, prepare quotations and follow up the inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other people.

Collection and legal grounds

Information is collected directly through the electronic form. Pre-contractual quotation steps rely on Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698; protecting inquiry records, preventing abuse and managing requests rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Records needed to establish, exercise or defend rights rely on Article 5(2)(e), and statutory obligations on Article 5(2)(ç), where applicable. This form does not request marketing permission. The optional reading acknowledgement is not a condition for submitting an inquiry.

Security and measurement

When a trusted proxy is configured, the connection IP may be kept with an inquiry for abuse prevention. A keyed IP digest is used for a per-minute request limit. This security processing is separate from site analytics. Optional measurement stores aggregate counters without names, emails, IP addresses, browser identities or visitor tracking IDs; see the cookie policy.

Access and recipients

Authorized staff handle inquiries. Hosting/maintenance providers and the configured email provider may process information necessary to deliver the service, notifications and confirmations. We may respond by phone or email. If WhatsApp is chosen for a response, that service's own processing conditions apply. Legally authorized authorities receive data only when required. This notice does not promise that every possible hosting, email or communication provider avoids international transfers: any required transfer must meet Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Google Maps is loaded only when you request it; Google may then receive connection data.

Retention

Inquiries are retained for the time needed to handle the request and quotation, and where necessary for applicable legal duties or protection of rights. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose and legal grounds cease. Specific periods by data category must be defined in the operator's retention procedure; this form does not grant indefinite retention.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may learn whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction or deletion/destruction where conditions apply and notification to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated processing and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Apply through the contact or postal address above using the methods in the Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller, with sufficient identification and a clear request. Requests are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject to charges permitted by applicable rules.
